It depends what version you had. If you played anything after version 1.2 than you won't notice much. Mostly bug fixes and game breaking mechanics
But if you played version 1.0 or even 0.9 then there may be some very noticeable differences.

YO i have a problem! If i enter the mansion there is a "wall" that blocks the way! what do i do with this ****
Same here.
I somehow managed to enter the pipe though and made it all the way to the end of the game, but the pipe is still there. Thus I couldn't finish the game because the wall blocked me from exiting the mansion
