Kamino with Fixed Center Platform file

Install like any other modified map - just copy 'kam1.lvl' to '.../gamedata/data/_lvl_pc/kam'. As usual, make a backup just in case you enjoy looking at low-res textures.

And in case you're wondering, I hex-edited the fixed geometry into the stock Kamino map, so you won't run into any issues regarding the messed up Kamino assets included with Pandemic's mod tools.
