Kamikaze missing texture file

The zip file contains a folder named kamikaze. To use this just copy it to the mods folder. Basically this is just an image file. If you already using other mods you could simply merge them. An alternative way to use this without the mod folder is to copy the contents of the cook folder into the game folder.
