This version has reduction of lag and has more scripts that takes off the micromanagement off your backs for the beach assault. We will be adding objectives and advance scripting for units in the beta.
This is the second alpha for our first map Iwo Jima Island Assault. Unfortunately this is only an alpha so you need to play it through the GEM Editor. To Install Go to Computer/Local Disk (C:)/Program Files/Aspyr/Men of War/resource/map and unzip it inside the map folder. (note if there is no map folder in resource create one.) To play Go to Computer/Local Disk (C:)/Program Files/Aspyr/Men of War and click mow_editor. When the editor is started press F2 and click the top right corner where it says map, a menu should pop up. click load select Iwo Jima and load it. Then after the map is loaded press F3 and click the top right corner where it says mission, a menu should pop up. Click iwojima.mi and load it. After it is loaded press F1 then press 0 on your number pad on your keyboard. (Note: you must press 0 on the number pad located on the right side of your keyboard or it won't work.) Then press Start on the bottom right and you can play.
hmm, this is weird, everytime i run the map, all the entites except the planes, buildings and the sounds are not present for some reason
you need to press F3 go to the top right corner, click it then click load. After that choose iwojima.mi and click ok. After it loads press F1, go to your number pad and press 0. Then press start on the bottom right. If you cant control anything than press F1 and 0 on your number pad again.
Is it possible to play as the germans (japanese)?
