Weapons (Release Of 23/02/17) file

It still may be janky here & there, but (at least) I've implemented features that planned long time ago (flashbang grenade & proximity mine). The mine will be placed on the floors only (for now). In future I might try to make it to be able to stick on the walls. And sorry for crusty sprite. It was made from scratch, since original model is really unobtainable from "Project I.G.I." videogame.
