Last version with upgraded Glyph, final gameplay tweaks for maximum gameplay balance, and tons of fun!
Here it is.
Simply run the installer and follow Glyph's instructions.
Every fix and tweak from suggestions is heeded as best to my capabilities without runining gameplay balance.
The only thing that's missing is Incisor's text decription statistics but I'm simply unable to change that.
This is the final release of the mod.

I am also having trouble verifying my DLC- Kasumi, Zaeed, the Collector Pack, and the Weapon Pack are not being found by the Cerberus Network.
seems like you changed too much. is there a version that only changes ammo to cool down?
i was trying to use this with Better ME2. the first thing i noticed was the Shared_Action button got reset and i cant have that. also, i got all weapons as a vanguard.. so this is a cheat/mod... ummm... why???
if the raw files were attainable, i could prolly figure it out
