- You can start a war against Austria
- You can accept the Habsurg rule with conditions
- You can accept the Habsurg rule, and you can become their friend
o Austria:
- You can start a war against Hungary: Annex them / make a puppet from them
- You can accept their independence
- If you lose the war, you are going to have a compensation: population growth, higher assimilation o
Russia:
- You can help Hungary in the war
-You can be neutral in this war
New decisions: o Hungary:
- You can accept croatian culture
-You can invest in Zagreb
- You can start to assimilate the smaller ethnic groups
