Spain, South America and Scandinavia update plus usual bugfixes
Scandanavia:
-Now less prestige hungry to form if you have the right techs
-Can get cores on Finland, Karelia and the Baltic states.
-Can accept Estonian
-Improve life rating of Scandinavia with decision to try make up for low pop
-Can Purchase Finland From Russia
South America:
-Ported the United states of South America in from HFM more Stuff
-Added decisions for a couple of extra good RGOs to help with their industry
-Reform their administration to become an Oligarchic republic and give a temporary education buff
Spain:
-Ported Reconquista of the Americas in from HFM
-improve the Life rating of Iberia, with a decision, once you've formed the Iberian Federation to help make up for low pop
-Form the Spanish Federation, annexes non human colonial puppets from your reconquest however if they're not willing they can revolt, similar to the Danuban federation revolt events
- Can include Brazil afterwards if you formed Iberia
Misc:
-a WIP decision in the options menu to disable some events & decisions to lower the amount of colonial railroading in Africa e.g. France getting Algeria is fine, England always getting Nigeria isn't
