Simple fix for the over zealous French schooling modifier. Is save game compatible Also contains a bunch of WIP decisions for Turkey
Do I need any other files for this to work? It crashes every time I load it up with HPM.
Just load this by itself, as I've been changing HPM files I've bundled the current version of HPM in with it
