Hollywood Holocaust is a proof-of-concept level to see how far you can push EDuke32 to make a more modern version of the classic Duke Nukem 3D game level.
Many models from the HRP have been replaced with more modern assets. Gameplay has been expanded and some sector-based level geometry
has been replaced by models. "What if the level designers of the original game had access to models and Polymer." is how we envisioned
the project.
The project was originally going to be a showcase for the 'Polymer NG' renderer, but the author of that disappeared early in production and we went back to regular Polymer.

---------INSTRUCTIONS---------
Unzip HHR.zip into a clean folder
Add in your Duke3D.GRP file into that folder
Click Eduke32.exe to run the game
Make sure you check the Polymer box
Configure your controls from the menu and you're ready to play
HHR is designed to run in 32 bit and Polymer. Anything other than that will run but not look right and some features may not work.
If you are having frame rate issues there is an option to enable a feature to shut off Polymer lighting not in the immediate vicinity of the player. It causes some flickering of distant lights as you move around but it does help to keep the map playable. This feature is turned on and off with the backspace key.
Should be compatible with Linux systems.
WARNING: Contains nudity. Have fun playing.
HHR is an attempt to see what would have happened if the game devs of the day had per-pixel lighting and polygons to work with.

EDUKE 32 - For being there when others who promised much, disappeared without trace.
i'd love to play this, but i'm sure i can't since it needs the HRP stuff, and it would lag my computer like a sum bitch. if only it was made to work normally without the HRP stuff, then i might of had a chance to play it
