I tried playing the opening map, i spawned in the ground and couldnt get out. Is there something i should do before playing?

i opened MAIN_MENU_Hello_Timothy.umap in the editor and played it as a standalone game. It just spawned me in this white box, in the opening map i just spawned in the floor in a room. Imgur.com
Oh I know exactly what you did. You didn't fricking install it correctly silly! First delete whatever file you added, then use this tutorial. You downloaded it in the incorrect spot, there were no custom assets! This includes any cutscenes, and the player. Youtube.com
Oh i had put my mods folder in the contents folder. I have changed it and now it works (but it lags a lot in my computer lol). Thanks a lot!
Moved it to conent!?!? Oh god, yeah DOT NOT mess with the mod kit. Thats one lesson. Its bugs out anytime you change the files already in it.
Netherite king i tried to download your mod and do it as the video said but there's no HN mods in the Mods folder so he is a lier.
He's not a liar* Don't be mean, he's actually correct. This is a very common bug which doesn't add a mods folder by default for everyone, the mod kit is meant to make mods, not download them to the mod kit. You have to open the mod kit, go to the top middle and click create mod. There change whatever you want, it doesn't matter. After you fully follow through and the mod is created, now there's a mod folder. At least there should be, I haven't tested it. I just used my head and assumed that should work, others have had success with that strategy.
