Harvester Tools Alpha file

Not mine came from: Anubis.rocks

When I installed I got many warnings about it being dangerous but it ended up running fine with no malware issues.

Deciding to reupload it since it's very tricky to find tools to mod. GUI versions of the DAT archive extractor and bitmap viewer. Very early alpha and hastily written.
