The remastered version has bugs, but classic is fully playable. For example, some items appear as black boxes, and the ghosts do not show up unless set to classic graphics.
To switch between classic and remastered graphics in game, press [Tab]. It is recommended to start the map with classic graphics.
To install, move your original maps to a backup folder. Rename this map to a30.map, then move the map into the maps folder,
usually Program Files\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\halo1\maps
To run, you must turn Anti-Cheat off to allow custom maps. Make sure graphics are set to classic.
