Description
This is a download of v1.3, the first version for Vice City (previous were for GTA III). It contains all the features listed on mod's official page on GTAForums. Installation instructions are in the readme file included with the download. Enjoy!

At me windows 7 and consequently your fitter does not read, archive a file in which it is necessary to throw these files

very buggy the players skin is scattered across his body every time you do a mission like when you get into the car and shoot everyone or something if you press f you get fifty bucks for doing nothing the floor near the tool shop is see through and you can see water in it please fix!
