hi,
when i download this patch i have a 7zip file and i extract it and its shows up as vcl media file!!! idk whit what program i can open this patch!!
Please help!!
It is mod file created with G2 mdk.
I get a media file too. I can't find the english version of that program you said you created the mod with. Can you please explain with detail how to install the 1.1 version?
Thanks in advance.
edit: i thought i had to unpack it somehow before putting in the game folder. sorry.
i have No idea how to tell if the mod is successfully installed. This is my first play-through and im not noticing any difference in the first hour of the game. It would be nice if there were an item in the starting area that would show me it is working.
Even from begining you have to see changes because almost all main textures were replaced. Check Gothic2\data subfolder if fury.mod (and updatefury.mod if you dl patch too) exist.
Hmm. Some NPC-s (Attila, and/or the thiefs) somethimes is instant dead after i load the game and i reatch there places... NF v1.1 bug maybe? Or the vanilla NotR produce this problem?
I'm so confused... I have no idea if the mod is working, is there some way to check? Like using the insert cheat command for an exclusive item that is only available in the Nature's fury mod?
You have to see changes right after starting new game, since almost all textures are changed and also grass, trees are different. If you get old look you somthings wrong. Check tutorial section for more details where to install/extract mod.
I couldn't see any difference to the textures... then again the last time I played it was a long time ago... you got any exclusive insert commands?
I registered on this Site, just to show the Creator my Gratitude:
** This Mod is GREAT, thanks so much!!! **

Its very simple to install this Mod:
Install V1.0 in the Gothic 2 Main Directory, then copy Patch V1.1 in the Gothic 2/Data Directory.
And if you see no Difference after that, just believe me, who still plays that Game with with various Mods, that the Game looks awesomely better than before...
Greetings
V1.0 Version is no longer available on any site sadly...
