Revived version of the Random Genocide enabler. If you want to edit the effects do so at the "genocide.txt" file in the mod's decision folder.
Compatible with the 1830 Update for GFM.
Step 1. Download and Install Moddb.com
Step 2. Download this file
Step 3. Open the folder and place the contents into your Victoria 2 mod folder
Step 4. Overwrite the original files (their useless anyway)
Step 5. Enjoy watching your country become more environmentally friendly
