SpeedyZr, thank you for this information, the current version of the game only supports Xbox and PS3 controllers, apologies that your controller is not currently supported, we are taking a log of controllers to add support for.
I have added MadCatz to the list, we will prioritise adding support for your controller in the next alpha build.

Hello cocomendes, we are working on a second pre-alpha build with improved support for generic and third party controllers (the current build only has full support for official Xbox and official PS3 / PS4 controllers); we will also add keyboard support and input mapping support, hopefully we can get this done over the weekend, we will make a post when the new build is available for download.

Hello BOOZLER, please download the 0.0.1 build from Indiedb.com it has custom input support (press the 'Tab' key in game to do this, the characters still need work to make it possible to turn more quickly, please tweet @gangbeasts if you still have issues and I will try to help (we don't seem to get notifications re: IndieBD messages consistently so it is better to use Twitter).

I have been using a Power A controller and it is not supported.
have you tried remapping the axis or face buttons using the input manager screen (to open the input manager press the 'Tab' key in game).

There is currently an issue on some systems that use integrated graphics. For reference a number of people that have seen the issue on their systems have reported that modifying or lowering the graphics and / or resolution settings escapes the issue, and smaller number have also advised that the SwiftShader 3.0 software (which simulates shader model 3.0 on the CPU) fixes the issue (see Transgaming.com for information).
