French Localization: UCP 1.1 file

Read Important Information First

Put this localization folder into the same folder as the mod but into the "Localization" subfolder
(for example: C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Might & Magic Heroes VII\MMH7Game\Localization)
If such a subfolder does not exist, just create it.

Involves not only UCP files but also dozens of additional localization improvements.
