The last update had an issue with the unit cleanup in that it made civilized countries uncivilized while doing the cleanup. This version additionally adds content to Mexico as seen in the changelog.
Is Mexico really supposed to be "totalitarian" in 1836...? Unitary sure, Santa Anna tried to centralise the state, but "totalitarian" means something completely different, not very appropriate for a form of centralisation that reads about "fascism and communism".
The government violently centralized at this time, causing revolts in Texas, Yucatan and before game start in Zacatecas. This is deserving of totalitarian imo since you get a decision with the new constitution to reform it.
All states violently centralised during this time period - and sparked rebellions. Should the Ottomans and France be totalitarian as well? Totalitarianism is the state intervening and guiding every aspect (in theory) of their citizens lives. That is not Mexico under Santa Anna in 1836. Save Totalitarianism for actual mass mobilisation politics in the late 19th/early 20th c.
Hi, before downloading the mod I saw people talking about a GFM music mod but i'm not able to find it. Is it included in the base mod or was it removed? I've playing for about an hour and only heard base game music
is it only necesary to install this for the full mod or do we have to download the first archive from the files and overwrite it with the ones that came after?
I have no clue what you're talking about, just unzip the file from the download, take the contents of the folder out of the folder and put them into your victoria 2 mods folder and hit the checkbox when starting the game
Bug: After the Oriental Crisis is won by the Ottomans (not enforcing the puppet CB though), the Egyptians do not give "Egyptian Aleppo" as part of the Levant to the Ottomans. So whilst the rest of the Levant returns to the Ottoman Empire, Antep & Afrin continue to be Egyptian.
i was just checking for a new update to lol

solo se descargar con un archivo mod y una carpeta de archivos, solo viene la carpeta de archivo, ¿cómo instalo el mod?
