Well, I can't. Nuclear missile is unit. Can't creat unit attack with nuclear weapon

hi... i have problem i downloaded this mod and FWG.MW 13 (New Skins and Edited Unit)... but in combat building there is some buildings missing like barracks and air port .. etc and in united states i cant find bunkers ... and game is crashing some times ... is there any solution ... thanks !
