Description
This patch contains all the changes from Exterminatus alpha 9.16 to alpha 9.17. Alpha 9.17 features updated voice work to the spacemarines , chaos space marines and the announcer system as well as updates to ex_exchange. A significant bug in the auto-balance system has also been fixed.
