Hardcore, unrelenting wave after wave of attacks from the AI.

Why the increase of price for everything?
-Because the ransom price of a captured knights is very high and have yet to find a way to reduce it, now it is more balanced. A captured knight costs as 2-3 rookie knights or as 5-6 swordsmen squads. Before a knight's ransom price was able to buy 20 swordsmen squads.
Why the increase of time needed to finish a building?
To prolong the game, to make it more interesting by working on your "capital" city and when you capture an AI town its not s**t loaded to the brim with buildings but still has a need for development as in the real world, you have developed cities and you have undeveloped cities. You will feel more achieved to see your capital city finally becoming an industrial, commerce-rich fortress.
There are additional upgrades for:
-Tool Smithy -> Tool Smithy Basement -> Tool Smithy Second Floor -> Tool Smithy Blueprints (Workers)
-Bakery -> Bakery Working Quarters Expansion -> Bakery Basement -> Bakery Supplier's Office -> Bakery Overseer's Office (Food and Hapiness)
-City Tax Collector's Office -> Village Tax Collector's Office -> Farm Tax Collector's Office -> Monastary Tax Collector's Office -> Tax Collector's Office -> Tax Collector's Residence -> Tax Collector's Mansion (Gold)

The granary and windmill have combined upgrade paths because it makes sense, you build a granary waiting for wheat which would come from a windmill.
