WOOHOO!!! Now this is what I'm talking about! Excellent job!. That dance floor in map 02 was awesome.
Map08 is an utter trainwreck. It's the map that will stop a run on this otherwise good wad. Its not the difficulty spike, but the monsters were just spammed. It's basically unbeatable from a pistol start, and coming in with low health and ammo from the previous stage ensures just as much... doom.
Beating Maps of Chaos was better than that one stage. Map08 is not a slaughter level. It's actual map layout is fantastic, but the monster placement really needs to be thought over again. Punching Hell Knights without a single berserk is ridiculous.
