Simple DukeEd.ini fix not being able to place actors, and better performance in the 2D windows.
This INI fixes issues with not being able to place actors with the right click context menu in the 3D viewport. This also switches the 2D viewports over to Software Rendering for better compatibility and performance. It seems to fix other various issues, like Geometry not copying over correctly from Unreal/UT editor into the Duke editor, which works now with this ini.
If your 3D viewport is greyed out upon starting, simply try restarting. You can also reset the window layout by going to View --> Viewports --> Configure.
thank you dude
