This patch includes the Revolutionary Directory, Research Changes and Railroading Decision.

As before I highly recommend that you go to our discord server for advice and urgent hotfixes. This moddb release is just a archived release away from the primary release on the Github.

Copy into the Mods Folder.

DO NOT OVERRIDE THE PREVIOUS VERSION.
DELETE THE OLD VERSION PRIOR TO INSTALLING THIS.
