I just want to mention, it is easy to find Counter Strike Global Offensive player models, you can sneeze and you will find some. All you have to do is go on Google or any search engine and type "CSS CSGO Player models mod" or similar. If you do this, you will find more than what I listed above because some player models are missing from Gamebanana website.
It is best to not port over the player models. They are pretty much identical from Counter Strike Global Offensive and there are many ports of the player models around.
Again, it is not exactly the same as the original CS2. Why didn't you make the same version of the original CS2 in this version?
If only doing it was as simple as saying it...

Place the CS2 folder into your Custom folder and place one or the other "Knife" in the Custom folder depending on which you would like.
