Halo: Covenant Edition - Play as a grunt in Halo campaign - now featuring new content exclusive to PC including battles with the Master Chief, first person grunt hands, Halo 2 weapons, and MosesofEgypt's Refined tags.
This version is for Halo: Custom Edition on your computer. To install, copy the map files into your Halo Custom Edition\maps folder. You will need a user interface [ui.map] that can run campaign maps, or you can run the maps from console using the map_name command.
Since the advent of the Jackal campaign (which will have a full story and cutscenes), this version of the mod [v2.0 and above] is now known as Covenant Edition: Prototype. Added for v2.0 is the feature of Covenant allies such as Jackals and Grunts now able to board the Warthog gunner and passenger seat, and drive Ghosts on their own. Added for v2.1, player can now take over Wraiths from Elites, for 2.2, the checkpoint glitch on c40 [Two Betrayals] has been fixed, for 2.3, Keyes cutscene actor is now Grunt again

Hmm, if the grunt was on a skateboard, I'd be more interested to give this a try.
Trudging as a tiny dude without a big difference-making mechanic to spice things up feels like replaying halo with a different skin instead of offering something more remarkable to get back into it.
I'm also being serious about the skateboard; having a way to speed up movement and allow to slide across floors with momentum without automatically stopping as soon as I let go of movement keys would allow for a much more fun experience imo.
I cant find anywhere to purchase another copy of Halo C E,,anyone have any ideas?

Any product key will do, even ones you find on video thumbnails. Keys can be used an unlimited number of times by anybody. Simply download the installer for free and type in any old code you find.
