I hope this mod gets updates , this is WHAT i ever wanted to do , i made a minimod for my self , and made alot of custom things for consortium.

Anyways i think that special base weapon , that shoots green power balls is a bit OP , since you can't control it but it's the fact it shoots so often , i would like the control back.

You can control it. Select the starbase and then select the ship you want it to target. :)

One thing though, I just went and checked out GC...why are Zann level 1 stations so expensive? :S

I made the Zann stations more powerful, starting with level 1. Because they are more powerful, I wanted to make it more difficult for Zann to gain a foothold in a system. The price of upgrading to the next level station is proportional to the increase in strength of the station. You'll find playing as Zann it is more difficult to expand quickly through conquest. Playing against him you must keep him in check before he can reinforce his position. Also it logically makes sense that the initial build of a station will be more expensive and time consuming than upgrading, especially if you do not have an established industry like Zann. I like some of these ideas, but the consortium was already WAY overpowered, so are you going to balance them with the other factions? Really, a random pirate group should not be more powerful than the Empire. I do like the ideas though :)

The premise is that Zann doesn't have the resources to gather large fleets and that he is not going to settle for anything less than the best. So his ships, for their size, are all very powerful. They are also extremely expensive. Playing against Zann you won't see large fleets of capital ships. I didn't want to raise the expense much higher, otherwise you may never see any Consortium capital ships. I also wanted to make sure you got a chance to build them yourself if you play as Zann. well about the prices... tyber zann uses black market technology
in the black market you can find 3 things:
1 - fake stuff (lower cost but lower quality)
2 - stolen stuff (lower cost because it was stolen, high quality)
3 - illegal stuff (higher prices due illegality)

it makes sense if tyber uses illegal high technology but it should be expensive as you are supposed to have never seen tech like distruptors
they are not mass produced due illegality and it increases the prices

the point is that you can balance the game in a logical way, as higher is the technology and more powerful the price should be higher
you could increase the price and the armor of zann consortium capital ships like the krayt agressor destroyer. for example the double price compared to a star destroyer but it should be able to stand the attack of 2 imperial star destroyers
