sprite & sound mutator & bug-fixing for Complex Doom v27a5
• changed weapon slot number allocation: 2 weapons per slot, ordered by ammo type
• changed health bonus sprites, sounds, sprites for backpack and missile box
• again implemented decoration and dynamic lights used in CD v26a2 & sphere-bobbing

In CD v27a5, BFG9500 cannot be picked up again for obtaining plasma ammo if the weapon is already gained. This is fixed now.
Include ComplexDoom_Mutator_V5.3.pk3 by path entry in ini-file of GZDoom\Zandronum directory after including complex-doom.v27a5.pk3. If you despise any mutation, delete the corresponding file in pk3-file.
