This mini-update features a few new options and bug fixes. A lot of the changes in this version streamline already existing functions however a number of long requested features have also been added. This is likely to be the last proper content update for a while as I will be spending my modding time on helping to develop the Age of Enlightenment mod (AOE).
Rough Change-log:
Take your Continent - Take the continent in which your capital is located.
Increase Railroads - All owned provinces increase their railroad level by 1.
Increase Forts - All owned provinces increase their fort level by 1.
Increase Ports - All owned provinces increase their port level to 6.
Add Cores to All Provinces - All owned provinces gain your core.
Increase Life Rating - All owned non-colonial provinces gain 5 life-rating.
Increase Colonial Life Rating - All owned colonial provinces gain 5 life-rating.
