Description
This tool allows modding core stats of mechs and other units via unpacking/packing *.mw4 files that contain core data for all unit stats (and should also work on MW4 Vengeance/BK). Requires installed JRE 7 (or 8) in order to function. Provided as is.

What's JRE?
JRE = Java runtime environment. You need to install java to use this program.
How do you use it? I can unpack files, but I don't understand any of the information or what to edit.

I wish if there were new tools that I can use to change jumpjets ECM and Jaming for Pulse lasers and stuff
