xPatch 2.0's main goal is to fix bugs, reduce crashes and improve already existing gameplay aspects. It doesn't have as much new content as enhanced edition but it's strong side is stability and compability with mods.
I'm sure that Xpatch will be great all times (or it will be official update, idk)

does this include things from the previous versions like the xpatch enhanced version or is it its own thing that just reduces crashing and removes bugs and is compatable with other mods
and if so is it compatable with xpatch enhanced if it doesnt already include that
It's "its own thing". xPatch's 2.0 code was re-written completly from zero. Enhanced version had a messy code it was a hybride of a patch and a mod, therefore it does have many issues and it can't be just simply installed together or updated to new xPatch build. This is why I created xPatch 2.0 and made sure it's a proper patch: vanilla friendly, stable and compatible with other mods.
I'm working currently on a new stand-alone mod - AWP: Re Delivered - that will bring back most of the Enhanced stuff and will be compatible with xPatch 2.0. Don't worry it shouldn't take long. Maybe I'll even release it before christmas.

also yea i am using the latest version cuz xpatch enhanced worked just fine for me
I've just installed xPatch on GOG version of P2 and it works without any problems for me. You must have pirated version, sorry but I can't help you if that's the case.

Where did the special events go from this patch?
I remember one in Monday where it takes you to some sort of school map where you kill zombies and stuff.
That was in the v1.13 version where it was called before "Enhanced 5025X v1.1.3"
So if I have xPatch Enhanced Edition installed and then installing this, is it gonna broke somethin' or no?
It most likely will not work together, the deifference in the code is too massive.
