Improved SDL release that runs natively on Linux and Windows. Unless you really want to play in DOS/DOSbox this is the version of the game you want to download.
Just download and unpack the zip and run the executable, for more information read 'Readme.txt' in the game directory.
To run the game on Linux you need to install SDL2 and SDL2_mixer 32 bit libraries.
to install in Debian/Ubuntu run: $ apt-get install libsdl2-2.0:i386 libsdl2-mixer-2.0:i386
to install in Arch linux run: $ pacman -S lib32-sdl2 lib32-sdl2_mixer
