There is no way to install the Voices so far. They need to be put into a finished mod or patch, so going to have to wait for it.

I don't get it, what is the purpose of this file? There is a bunch of voice acting but seemingly no way to use the files with the mod, even the V5 release.
I wish someone would patch these in, a few are really low quality but better than nothing.
