In the hidden dungeon, you are supposed to use a rock from the floor to break the weak lock to the cell door. You just have to be super specific with the movement. You don't throw the rock, but just kinda wiggle it while holding it at the lock. I tried throwing it on the lock, nothing happened, then I ran around forever looking for the solution.
