This mod adds the shotgun seen in the early Doom 3 alpha as a replacement for the regular shotgun.

So I tried to install it the way it says but the model seems misshapen or something. Any ideas?
Make sure the mod is being loaded last. Add one or two "z" to the prefix of the file name. Like so:
zzzz_Alpha_Shotgun.pk4
