There is no reason to keep the old one. You never know, you might prefer the old one though!
I've had many times were I downloaded a newer version of a mod only to be disappointed with the changes made.

whats the name of the file i have to replace to get the newest vision of the mod ?
Before installing the new version of this mod, remove the old version (the folder named 'alloutwar').
