A quick fix/change to prevent communist dictatorships from going multicultural
-Now only democratic (including socialist democracy) governments can accept the jews, and only dictatorships can discriminate against them
-similarly now only democratic governments can become post national (They actually get immigration)
This was all done because some Stalinist Eastern Bloc countries were becoming multicultural in the 1950's in my testing, when they would have virtually 0 immigration realistically. Socialist democracies can still go multicultural so a multicultural communist state is still possible.
