Virtually all tags now have the ability to flip between multicultural and their native primary and accepted cultures with the proper government type and polices. This includes the AI, many of whom will have major electoral battles between progressives and nationalists, who will enact polies the other dislikes. How this will end is anyone's guess!
Besides that major new feature the patch has some general bug fixes and balancing.
Also a rework of the localization files which should both make the overall mod smaller, and decrease compatibility issues (Thanks to everyone who helped me with them, I really appreciate it)
