Version 1.06 for CWE 1.12
This version is mostly just bug fixes for 1.05.
The biggest fix is that now the ideology and militancy change to different cultured pops for each decision has been fixed to actually work correctly.
The USA now only gets New York as a multi cultural province by event, because getting as many as they did in previous versions was just too much and unnecessary, I also dislike that 100% of the pops are converted, but as of now have not found a way to avoid that, so limiting it to 1 Province I can live with.
Now as you become more Multicultural and integrate new cultures, Progressives who are still accepted or primary will typically lose militancy and grow in numbers, while Nationalists will become more angry and also grow in numbers amongst the newly integrated culture.
Text on some decisions has been reworked to read better and give better information about what is going on.
"Integrate all" Decision fixed and expanded to allow any multicultural country to lose all accepted cultures (Minus Jews, they will be getting special decisions in a future version) so no weird assimilation occurs
