Added in a new Multicultural super state, The United Nations of Earth, which has the ability to claim the entire planet for a ton of infamy (will probably cause a huge war)
-Finally got around to making this update, now after the year 2045, the Number 1 Great power, if they are a multicultural post national state, will be able to form the "United Nations of Earth" and have other multicultural post national states join them.
-For an additional infamy hit, The United Nations of Earth can claim every province on the map
