Since all previous instances of this extractor seem to have been lost, I am uploading it here so that the capability of the community to mod the previously mentioned games is not lost.

How do you modify Axis & Allies in the first place? I directed the rwd. extractor to Axis & Allies data and music and ran the extractor. When I completed the extraction the files seemed the same format and I could not edit or modify them. I cannot find a way to add items such as images and code into the program.....
