Description

This is a mod based on a post apocalyptic age but at different of some others mods it is set more of a 1000 years after a nuclear war in which society have to start again from scratch without technology and resources so there are like a mix between middle age-post apocalyptic time civilization set on Cuba, the country is now fill with millions of immigrants of countless nations who are running of the diseases, wars and other problems on their own countries mixing whit the locals and creating societies resembling their ones on past ages (example, the Egyptians immigrants sets in the desert areas of Pinar del Rio and uses kopech and clothes used in Egypt in the 500 b.c.). When you put the Spanish language it shows the ones I worked which is a Spanish whit Cuban

Looks really cool but unfortunately I don't speak your language so won't be able to play, but the style is really well done.

You do can play it with the English language but it will be medieval Japanese, and you can play it with Spanish to since we all are veterans of Mount and Blade you must now where is everything for instance when an looter or bandit (if they chase you you know there is trouble) chase you and touch your party in the map initiating a conversation they will give you two options 1 pay money (showing upper) or 2 fight (showing below) you pick the one below to fight witch says ¨lo unico que van a coger de mi es una puñalada¨ ¨the only one thing you will get from my is an stave¨ and wipe them, careful there is quite a few more in numbers than before and the names of the units are unnecessary to learn ¨tipo violento¨ ¨violent guy¨ etc maybe you learn some Spanish in the process.

Great mod! I translated the faction names but there is no items csv.

Can you provide files for translation? Mainly parties.csv, item_kinds.csv and troops.csv There are ones in es folder but they are mostly empty.

Cheers

I was planing on make translations myself if enough people plays it but go ahead. I don´t exactly what csv are you looking for, I only work with the Spanish ones making the translations from Japanese medieval to Spanish Cuban, the csv must be there in the eng folder in language folder of my mod (not the ones in the game root).

I can create some if you want or if you don´t found the English ones in my mod folder.

Racoom friend I have a question, since I uploaded this mod I cannot find it in the Mount and Blade Warband section ¿where did you find my mod?

You uploaded it just to files, I randomly decided to check them out and saw your mod. You didn't actually create a mod page, but you definitely should.

Looks good. Does it use The Reckoning as base?

Nope, it use Gekokujo Daimyo edition, yes I now what you are thinking that the conversion from an apocalyptic United State to an apocalyptic Cuba would be easier than a conversion from an medieval Japan to an apocalyptic Cuba but the helicopters and tanks from Reckoning was buggy and some others staff too, plus I wanted the 25 actions from Gekokujo to turn them into all other different factions, the Reckoning have only 6 that I remember.

Plus the guns in Reckoning are automatics and in my mod the internal machinery is broken and only the cannons works so you have to use them like arquebus one shoot at the time so melee still rules the battlefield

Thank you so much, It's the first time I have ever seen my nation in a mod like this (Jamaican), gotta to love the Cuban brothers!
After Playing: I don't get our depiction, what's with the body paint, knobkerrie and lack of guns. Jamaican ancestors did not use these weapons and were mostly sword wielding, although the use of javelins were widely used before guns became widespread. Anyway, where's the machete/swords? Almost every household today has these why wouldn't post apocalypse Jamaica. It just seems to me just a stereotypical depiction of Africans being pasted on Jamaicans!

Nop, Jamaica like some others 10 faction where made in a hurry since part of my plan was to make people chose how they faction should look or to what ancestry civilization they may resemble, so instead leave all those factions in underwear I hurry to give them some armor and something to defend themselves and put them in the game.

In the future I am planing to make a lot of changes for instance the traditional Chinese looking army to make it more modern look and the same can be done to Jamaica, if I look their current uniform in internet learn the name of they special troops etc... but that is on hold I am waiting to se if anybody like the base idea.
