do i need to just download 0.0.8 file or do i need download something else too
You can download the mod as is. You then have to put it in your mods file under Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron 4. You'll need both the .mod file and the folder that are inside the zip in that file.

Serbia, Bosnia, and most other countries in that region were apart of larger countries at the time. Also idk if glitch but the independent state of croatia is still a thing for me in 1900

Very well done mod, but why independent Bosnia and Croatia? I have one question: What happens when you die, for example Franz Joseph I.? (Charles IV throne will it cost? (Karl I.)I am a Hungarian monarchist, so interested.
