Hey there! To fix the banner disappearing bug you just need to (save) reload the game. They will go back to normal.

As in to change the colour of the banner, you mean change the banner entirely or just the colour? Because I dont think the latter is possible.

I think the guest user is referring to the part where it said "Shift to change back colour".
I tried pressing & holding shift as well, nothing changed either.

I just downloaded the mod, ran to a game-breaking problem right away.

My character is a Roman Pagan commoner, amassed an army, picked a fight with the Goth so I can create my own kingdom. The game won't let me enter my own cities, only castles. Whenever I try to interact with my city, I have the option to disguise or siege. Basically, going to war with myself. So I have to swear my fealty to a king, become part of their country/empire just so I can get in my cities.

So I tried to use cheat feature to make up for lost time, realized the cheats are broken (in a bad way) as well. I tried to recruit some troops from the tavern keeper, they don't appear in my army or they simple don't exist (no comitatense for the Roman roster, etc. etc. etc.).

I also tried to use cheats to build improvements, the improvements don't show as completed. In the case of villages, they outright refused to work. For some reason, this includes I can keep spending money on building Roman Temple & Roman Pagan Shrines.

Sorry for the late reply, I have been binging on CK2 & Heroforge. Didn't know it's already been 10 days...

THAT will take me a while to replicate everything for you...

You just have to extract the files into the 457 AD module folder. Overwrite if prompted aaaand... It's done!

The Saxons were West Germanic though why are their troops called North Germanic?

This is mainly our way to organise troops, next update they will be renamed simply as "saxon" or "jute". The naming convention doesnt reflect any linguistic affiliation.
