Description
To install, unzip into Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod. The 1984.mod file and the 1984 folder go into that directory.

Changelog? I mean... what's new?
This version updates to 1.4.2 and there are a few small balance tweaks. Next version plans are to include starting generals/admirals and a balance system for the free countries which is determined by AI or player control (think Lucky Nations for EU4).
