i got this off the net and i know its not ultramariones but hey its concept right and it could help with the developement of some models.
ok so i know this is a blood raven and its the dow2 model butit is a good example of how the assult marines could look.
DOW models are horrible. that said ^^
There should be multiple variants, as there are in the Tabletop. The models should each have their own hints of battle and such, meaning more work but overall better quality. other wise we will have a warhammer 40k battlefront on our hands, where all marines are lookalikes XD

i agree tyhat dow models look crap but i thought that dow2's were done quite nicely in porportion to size and textures.what about FoK type models you like their look?
They are bloody fantastic!
so then its settled we base them off the FoK moddles but modify them a bit so that games workshop cant say they're warhammer and cancel us?
