This tool opens bmd files, and allows the user to edit the Attribute strings. This is a very early version, so expect bugs. Use at your own risk.

It's for mods. You need to download a mod that has bmd files and then you use this to edit whatever values are in it...

Does this tool also export the bmd files to xml so you can edit the values that way or add or subtract?
