We make XBL/Steam Indie/Casual games. if you want to join up with TIM there are always positions available. The games will be released usually either for free or cost 5-10 dollars if the beta testers think it's good enough, I already have ideas for games but you will only be told them if you become one of the Devs on our team. We will usually use the Source engine or an engine of our creation. I reckon Thermo-Nuclear Insanity Machine could be a temporary job for people looking for a startup in the gaming Industry.
