The Dark Mages Mod Team company

We, the Dark Mages Mod Team, are releasing a long awaited modification Tenebris. The mod is not fully completed yet but you can play and enjoy. There are several large worlds to explore with bunch of quests to fulfill and more than handful of rough beasts to kill. You can set the difficulty, starting at hard Gothic level upto level of nightmare. You are allowed to save the game only close to fires. You should spend your items wisely, for we implemented hunger and thirst. Beware of the dark corners, for the death is circling round you as sure as a cut of a fresh knife.

The Tenebris consists of several major worlds as AETER (starting world), THANATOS, INFERNUM, BORDERS and RESULAH, and several minors. If you leave Aeter for some of the major worlds (npc Hilbert), you won't be able to return. So you can play major parts only separately. Each world has its own story, but the stories are connected mostly. In Infernum you are a castaway on a deadly island, in Aeter, Thanatos or Borders you are an explorer to venture into the forbidden and mythic land of Selavia, in Resulah you visit the sands of deserts.

- New and very large worlds.
- Tenebris is in English with exception of Infernum, which is in Czech language.

- Partly dubbed (Aeter fully).
- A long range of new features as complete darkness, dragon ride, shield, savepoints, hunger, thirst, and many more.

It is recomended to play with newest System Pack and Union.

Known issues:
- If you watch the videos for too long, your screensaver might interfere. Solution is to move the mouse for time to time during the watching.
- Anytime you want to start a new game, restart Gothic first.
- On slower PCs the loading may take a while for Thanatos.
